  • All returned items require a Return Merchandise Authorization number and must be insured for the contents value, by the same equal shipping method when your parcel was originally shipped.

Do I need to open an account with your shop?

Do you make custom order – Special Order?

If you do not see a ring size, bracelet or necklace length you would like; please email our Sales Department (Monday thru Sunday); Most of the time we can size a ring to any size and lengthen and/or shorten our bracelets or necklaces. Our jewelers will be happy to help you.

Do you sell genuine pearls or man-made pearls?

Allure Collection only deal with genuine natural cultured pearls of all kind. We do not sell Man-made pearl.

Is the gold solid or plated?

Allure Collection only offer solid gold jewelries (STAMPED 14K or 18K). We DO NOT sell plated or silver jewelry on our site.

What is your privacy policies?

We take personal data very seriously. We only use personal details for dispatch of the items purchased (name, address, telephone number and email address); which will be collected at checkout. These details will never be used for any other purpose and will remain safely with us. Your email address may be used by us to keep you updated on our latest products or on special promotions made from time to time. We hate spam and under no circumstances will your personal details and your email address be shared, sold or disclosed to a third party.

Do you ship to PO BOX or APO address?

Because ALL SHIIPMENTS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON RECEIPT, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. We only ship to a verifiable physical address.

Is there any sales tax?

We do not charge any tax - However, All buyers are responsible for Customs duties/VAT (value added tax) in their own respective country, if there is any. We cannot pre-determine any fees.

Do you offer certificate/appraisal service?

As a direct wholesaler, we do not offer any certificate or an appraisal service. All our merchandises come nicely pack in beautiful jewelry box and with an invoice for your record of purchase.

The time quoted for EMS EXPRESS is 5-7 working days to deliver.

The time quoted for FEDERAL EXPRESS is 2-3 working days to deliver.

The time quoted for REGISTER AIR-MAIL is 7 - 12 working days to deliver- However, please be inform that Air-Mail Parcel to Europe may take up to 30 business days or more to deliver; especially during the holiday season.
